By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Drop 001 pieces are made to order in numbered, limited runs — when a run sells out, it does not restock.

ORDERS & PREORDERS

Items are made to order and ship in approximately 3-4 weeks from order date. We may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfill, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices in USD. Payment is processed at checkout by Shopify Payments. Sales tax calculated at checkout. Free US shipping over $150; $8 flat under.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Size exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with hem tags intact. Returns within 14 days for store credit. Socks are final sale. Original shipping non-refundable. Defective or incorrect items replaced at our cost. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

NUMBERED PIECES

Numbered hem labels are assigned in production order and cannot be requested or reserved. Assignment is final.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The GC monogram, GHETTO CUTE wordmark, product designs, photography, and site content are property of Ghetto Cute and may not be reproduced without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
